Who we are
westernokcrane.com ("Western OK Crane", "we") is operated by Edgar Residential. We run a request service that connects people who need crane work in Western Oklahoma with independent local crane operators. Contact: quotes@westernokcrane.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect what you enter: name, company, phone number, email, job location, job type, load and lift estimates, date needed, job details and your preferred contact method. Our form provider and web host may also log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of submission for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
- To review your request and match it with a crane operator
- We share your request with a local crane provider so they can contact you, quote, schedule and perform the work. That provider handles your information under its own practices.
- To contact you by your chosen method (text or email) about this request
- To keep records of requests and prevent spam or abuse
We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. We don't share it with anyone other than the crane provider handling your job and the service providers that run this site and its form (for example, hosting and form-processing services).
Text messages
If you choose text, we or the crane provider may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.
Retention
We keep request records only as long as needed to handle the request and for reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing quotes@westernokcrane.com.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13.
